PDF/Image to CAD Services

AEC BIM Solutions provides scanned PDF to CAD conversion services to architects, engineers, contractors, owners and other industry professionals. We have expertise in conversion of paper/image files to CAD.

Shop Drawing/Detail Drawings
Our Shop/Installation drawings facilitate workshop fabrication and on-site installation and are generated automatically from the MEP models. We create Shop drawings in accordance with the project standards and help the contractors, suppliers, fabricators and manufacturers during construction. Our Shop drawings include penetration drawings, Sleeve drawings, and Insert Layout drawings. We produce the exact sleeves, penetration & hanger locations from our BIM models and the drawings can be downloaded directly into GPS instruments onsite for making fast & accurate layout. Our shop drawings include all information for the engineers and architects as per the approved submittals, design drawings and other specifications.
Builders work drawings contains openings for slab, wall and equipment foundation details of HVAC, piping, plumbing, fire fighting and electrical services. In Builders work drawings all openings (like wall opening and roof opening) and foundation work details for equipment’s to be installed in given area for all services are shown. Builders work contains different types of wall & Slab openings and foundations.
After the final co-ordination service drawings of each service like HVAC, plumbing, Fire Protection and electrical are prepared. Then a combined drawing of all services are prepared along with builders work drawings are prepared
